Day 2: Sunday

Today we slept in until 11 am. We then went to Harrogate to get a sandwich and a drink. We went to the same bakery as we did yesterday, but I bought a different sandwich: pepperoni cheese this time. Across the bakery there is a smoothie shop, and I got one with mango, banana and vanilla yoghurt. Simone wanted to go to Starbucks, so we went there and she got a >>>. We walked around for a while, and then went to Tesco to buy some food for the next day. After that we decided it was a good idea that we walked to the office, so we would know which roads to take the next day. It took us about 30 minutes, and it was quite the climb to the office because of the hills. When we were almost there, we passed a few kids who were building a swing on a tree, while there was a playground with two pairs of swings 100 meter futher. What we did not think of, was the weight of our groceries, and it was quite heavy to carry the groceries and at the same time walk up the hill. When we got back to our room, we watched a film and I read for a while in 'De Aanslag'. When it was 8 pm we went out to Harrogate again to eat some dinner. We went to McDonals, because it seemed the most obvious and easiest option, bu not really the tastiest... I ordered a BigMac menu, but our french friens were bordering on cold, and my BigMac was clammy. Then we went back to our room, se the alarm for the next day and went to sleep.
